Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective), Mataji Disposable Wholesale will cover the return shipping costs.
If a return is requested for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
