Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mataji Disposable Wholesale. We value your business and aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. General Return Guidelines

Given the nature of our products (food-grade disposables and hygiene supplies), we maintain strict standards to ensure safety and quality:

  • Timeframe: Items must be reported for return within 2 days of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Quality assurance first: Because these are hygiene-sensitive disposables, we strictly follow these guidelines to protect every customer.

2. Eligible Scenarios for Return

Returns are generally accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a clear structural or material defect.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If the product received does not match the order invoice.
  • Damage During Transit: If the items are damaged upon arrival (requires photographic evidence).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened packets of plates, spoons, or containers.
  • Custom-printed or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."
  • Items returned after the 48-hour reporting window.
Hygiene first โ€” once opened, these products cannot be restocked for safety compliance.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (or via UPI/Bank Transfer for offline wholesale orders).
  • Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective), Mataji Disposable Wholesale will cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is requested for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
